We hope you love your Pup Social purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions


To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear or use.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return

Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
